  • These packages are designed for clients who know they will need a series of pelvic floor sessions for bladder/bowel symptoms, pain, prolapse, postpartum recovery, or complex pelvic health concerns.

    • 5-Visit Packages are great for a focused phase of care.

    • 10-Visit Packages are ideal for longer-term rehab and more complex cases.

In-Office Package Details

• The initial evaluation + treatment (90 minutes) is booked separately.
• Packages are non-refundable and are best used within 3–6 months to support consistent progress and results.

Mobile Package Details

• Packages apply to mobile follow-up sessions for lymphedema, lipedema and post-op care.
• The travel fee is not included in the package price and is added per visit based on distance.
• Packages are non-refundable and best used within 3–6 months to support consistent progress.

Mobile Travel Fees

Travel fees are based on one-way distance from LCW to your location (up to 60 miles). This covers travel time, set-up and breakdown, and vehicle expenses.

  • 0–15 miles $35

  • 16–30 miles $60

  • 31–45 miles $90

  • 46–60 miles $120

Gratuity Policy

My session fees are set to reflect the time, training and care involved in each visit. Gratuity is never expected. The greatest compliment is your continued care and referrals. If you choose to leave a tip, it is received with gratitude but is always optional.

  • We understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24 hours or more notice via call or text at 515-257-6572 or email lcwrehab@gmail.com.

  • Late cancellations or same day reschedules to a different day (less than 24 hours’ notice): charged 50% of the scheduled session fee.

  • No-shows, same-day cancellations or same day rescheduling to a different day (less than 4 hours’ notice): charged 100% of the scheduled session fee.

  • For mobile/home visits, the travel fee may also be charged if I have already begun travel or am within the same-day window.

  • I understand that emergencies happen. If there is a true emergency, please contact me as soon as possible and we’ll discuss options.

  • For mobile/home visits, longer notice may be required due to travel.

  • One-time courtesy reschedule: I offer each client one “life happens” same-day cancel/reschedule without a fee. After that, the regular policy applies.
