What Services Should I Choose?
It’s not always easy to know what to book. Use this guide to choose what fits you best:
1. Therapeutic / Medical Massage
Choose this if:
You have muscle tension, aches, or stress
You sit a lot, work at a desk, or feel “tight” everywhere
You want a mix of relaxing and focused work on trouble spots
You don’t have a complex medical history with swelling
Great for:
Neck/shoulder pain, low back pain, general tightness, stress relief, recovery from everyday life.
2. Lymphatic Wellness – MLD
Choose this if:
You feel puffy, heavy, or “stuck” but don’t have a formal lymphedema diagnosis
You’re looking for gentle lymphatic support for immune, detox, or wellness
You tend to swell a little after travel, heat, or long days on your feet
You want a soothing, light-touch session that supports lymph flow
Great for:
Mild swelling, feeling “inflamed,” general lymphatic health, wellness and recovery support.
3. Post-Op / Lymphedema / Lipedema Intensive
Choose this if:
You’ve had recent surgery (cosmetic, oncologic, orthopedic, etc.) and need structured lymphatic/post-op care
You’ve been diagnosed with lymphedema or lipedema
You have Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI)
You have significant, ongoing swelling, heaviness, pain, or skin changes
You need help understanding compression, bandaging, garments, and long-term management
Great for:
Post-surgical swelling and discomfort, lymphedema, lipedema, fibrosis, more complex swelling patterns.
4. Mobile / Home Visits
Choose this if:
It’s hard for you to travel due to pain, mobility, fatigue, or recent surgery
You prefer the comfort and privacy of your home
You want lymphatic or therapeutic care without leaving your space
Great for:
Post-op days when you’re uncomfortable driving, chronic pain or fatigue, or clients who need home-based support.
5. Online Coaching for Lymphedema & Lipedema
Choose this if:
You live outside my local area or can’t come in person
You feel confused or overwhelmed about your diagnosis, garments, or plan
You want education, self-care strategies, and accountability
You want help understanding what your providers are recommending
Great for:
Lipedema, lymphedema, chronic swelling, and people who need guidance and clarity more than hands-on treatment.
6. Pelvic Floor Therapy
Choose this if:
You have leaking, urgency, or frequency with your bladder
You struggle with constipation, straining, or bowel changes
You feel pelvic pressure, heaviness, or prolapse symptoms
You have pelvic, hip, tailbone, or low back pain that feels “deep” or “inside”
You’re pregnant or postpartum and want support for recovery, birth prep, or birth injury
You have pain with intercourse, penetration, or pelvic exams
What it focuses on:
Nervous-system–aware assessment and treatment for the pelvic floor, core, hips, and abdomen, plus education, breathing, and home strategies so you understand what’s happening and how to support your body.
